H.stories delivers the design and the management of the technical setup for an event aboard an 81-metre superyacht, moored on the Riviera during the Monaco Grand Prix period. Turning a yacht into an event venue brings constraints found nowhere else: everything arrives by sea, nothing can be drilled, and the setup happens in a single day.
Beforehand, our teams survey the space to the centimetre: four deck plans, ceiling heights, passage widths, lacquered surfaces to protect. From that survey come the full zoning of the setup and the lighting plan, designed for a precious interior where every element has a place and a build order settled before anyone steps aboard.
On setup day, value is measured in coordination. Gear ferried in by tender, constant liaison with the captain, a clean build delivered on time: our role is to orchestrate the whole so a dense operation runs without a hitch in a constrained environment. That is the difference between a set that is placed and a setup that is mastered.
