On the occasion of Nedroma Autocars’ 25th anniversary, H.stories conceived and produced an exceptional gala at the iconic Pavillon Baltard, reimagined for the night as a celestial odyssey. Designed as a fully immersive scenographic experience, the event was created to go beyond the traditional codes of a corporate celebration, offering guests a memorable journey. The experience began upon arrival, with a unique immersive structure. Created specifically for the event, a tunnel composed of LED lighting in shades of electric blue and deep violet evoked the sensation of travelling through a galaxy. This visual journey was enhanced by high-density fog, adding depth and a sense of magic.
In parallel, H.stories oversaw the full operational direction of the event, including security management, access control, and guest arrival coordination, with dedicated hostess teams and cloakroom services ensuring a seamless and refined welcome experience. The production was driven by a complex artistic and technical setup. At its core stood a modular 3 x 6 meters LED wall, composed of high-resolution panels seamlessly assembled. This central scenographic element served both as a visual anchor and a narrative device. Fully programmed and real-mapped in real time by our technical teams, it enabled fluid transitions between the different sequences of the evening, shaping the rhythm of the experience.

The evening unfolded through a series of key moments designed as an immersive narrative system, where each sequence extended and intensified the overall experience. The opening artistic highlight unfolded as a large-scale performance inspired by The Lion King. This production brought together 19 performers on stage, within a complex choreography structured into 24 distinct scenes. The entire performance relied on extreme precision: tightly orchestrated sequencing, multiple costume changes, real-time flow management, and fully synchronized transitions. This was followed by an awards ceremony, which reintroduced the institutional dimension of the event. It was carefully staged and directed, with particular attention to speaker coordination, pacing, and real-time technical management, ensuring emotional impact. Finally, the evening gradually evolved into a celebratory atmosphere, featuring a live band performance followed by a DJ set. This project illustrates H.stories’ ability to design and produce events of high structural complexity, where artistic creation, technical engineering, and operational coordination function as a fully integrated system.

The project required seven months of preparation, including advanced technical planning, detailed production phases, and constant coordination between creative and operational teams. This process culminated in a full installation day running from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by an event that continued until 2:00 AM — all executed with complete precision and control.
This anniversary gala perfectly reflects the agency’s signature approach: transforming a corporate event into a meaningful, immersive, and memorable experience, where every detail contributes to building a tailor-made story.
The gala’s coordination was built around a structured operational system, with each production area managed by dedicated production leads. This segmentation allowed for precise and simultaneous management of every dimension of the project: technical direction, stage management, lighting, sound, immersive scenography, and guest flow logistics.
Nedroma chose H.stories for our ability to combine bold creative vision with rigorous operational execution — a key requirement for delivering an event of this scale and complexity.
