Valence, in the heart of Drôme, is a city at the crossroads between innovation and authenticity, ideal for the organization of large-scale professional events. At H.stories, we use our expertise to design tailor-made events that captivate and inspire. Whether it is a seminar, an inauguration, a product launch or a corporate evening, we take care of every aspect of your project with care and creativity, relying on our local network of service providers.2 h 11 de Paris en TGV direct.

Request for a quoteValence works on two registers. For a convention format, the Palais des Congrès et des Expositions Jacques Chirac, in the city centre, offers 10,000 sq m with a modular exhibition hall of almost 7,000 sq m, a 500-seat retractable amphitheatre, around ten meeting rooms, capacity for 500 covers and a car park available for private use. For a leadership or high-end incentive format, the Maison Pic, a five-star Relais & Châteaux and the three-Michelin-starred table of Anne-Sophie Pic, hosts seminars of six to fifty-five people and allows its restaurants to be taken over privately. For a seminar in the countryside, the Logis du Pic, less than twenty minutes away at an altitude of six hundred and fifty metres, offers a panoramic view over the Rhône valley, facing the Château de Crussol.
The budget gap is not where you would expect it. For a comparable scope, working with us often costs the same as a local provider: the difference is not the price, it is the artistic direction and a technical crew we run in-house rather than subcontract. Our presence in the Drôme is real: we have produced a seminar and its livestreaming set-up there for partner meetings. We cover Valence, the Drôme and the whole Rhône valley, from Lyon to Avignon, working the city centre as readily as the Rovaltain business park beside the TGV station.
Set design sits at the heart of our craft. Every event becomes a singular experience through custom-built sets and immersive staging. Our set designers work from your needs, your visual identity and the story you want to tell. We begin with a strategic study: based on your messages and your budget, we build the concepts that fit best. No copy and paste, every project is an original creation.
Valence has two stations, and that needs to be planned for. Valence TGV, some ten kilometres from the centre in the commune of Alixan, puts the city 2 hr 11 min from Paris Gare de Lyon on a direct service; Valence-Ville, in the city centre, is six minutes by train from the TGV station. Valence-Chabeuil airport no longer operates scheduled routes, but its 2,100-metre runway makes it a genuine asset for business aviation, some ten minutes from the TGV station. International guests travelling on scheduled flights arrive via Lyon-Saint Exupéry, around an hour away.
Our technical production team is in-house, and that changes everything when it comes to handling the unexpected. Before every project we draw up a precise intervention schedule, and our experienced teams step in immediately should a problem arise. This ability to call on alternative solutions in real time is one of the reasons the LVMH, EssilorLuxottica and Louis Vuitton groups have trusted us for several years.
Two factors count. In September, the Valence en Gastronomie Festival brings together more than sixty thousand visitors on the Champ de Mars and is the peak of the local events calendar. In July and August, Valence's position on the Rhône corridor, halfway between Lyon and Avignon, makes it a major gateway to the South: the summer changeovers put pressure on accommodation and on traffic along the A7. Spring and autumn outside the festival offer the best conditions.
Every collaboration begins with a listening phase, and it is Hicham, our founder, who attends the first meeting. We then design a detailed proposal covering both creative ideas and technical solutions. Once it is approved, our team takes on the entire organisation, from supplier coordination to production management on the day, keeping you informed at every stage.
The budget depends on the format and the venue. A convention at the Palais Jacques Chirac, a leadership seminar at the Maison Pic and an incentive in the countryside do not call for the same means. Two things weigh in locally: the gastronomic standing of the destination, which brings value to table-based formats, and the transfer logistics between the TGV station, the city centre and the outlying estates. Every proposal is costed line by line once the brief is set.
