LIVE is continuing its expansion with the opening of its seventh campus in Bordeaux. This milestone reinforces the ongoing trust placed in our teams to manage these foundational moments. Following successful collaborations in Reims and Le Havre, we were once again commissioned to design and produce an inauguration that met the scale of the project.
To achieve this, our agency took full command of the event’s production, guiding the project to its final operational delivery.

We oversaw the production, logistics, and installation of a signature photocall, conceived as a key branding element and visual anchor for the event. This same level of attention to detail extended to the spatial design, where we managed the assembly of the stage, podium, and all technical finishes to ensure both coherence and precision in execution. From the initial guest reception through to the symbolic ribbon-cutting and official addresses, every sequence was carefully structured and precisely coordinated. The success of this inauguration relied on a rigorous technical orchestration of sound, lighting, video, and stage management, ensuring a seamless execution from beginning to end.
H.stories optimized the overall experience for the LIVE Bordeaux inauguration through a fully integrated approach combining operational precision, guest experience, and seamless digital inclusion.
From an operational standpoint, we implemented a dedicated security protocol structured around controlled guest flow, access management, and on-site safety coordination. This ensured that every stage of arrival and movement across the venue was fluid, discreet, and fully secured. To elevate the quality of the welcome experience, we deployed a trained professional hostess team responsible for guest reception, orientation, and personalized guidance. A premium catering service was also meticulously coordinated to emphasize conviviality.
In parallel, we designed and integrated a high-definition livestreaming system that extended the ceremony beyond the physical space. The broadcast was directly relayed into campus classrooms, creating a real-time digital bridge between the event site and the LIVE community.
