For the LVMH group “Blueprint” event, H.stories designed a sophisticated corporate activation within an exceptional Parisian mansion, the Hotel le Marois. Spread over three levels, the event combined a plenary of conferences, an exhibition space for the group's brands, and a convivial space dedicated to exchanges, all designed to offer a fluid, immersive and high-end experience.

Our approach, designed as a genuine business seminar, associated refined scenography, artistic direction, event logistics and livestreaming technical management. Thanks to a balanced layout, an elegant design and adapted technical devices, the event was able to reflect LVMH's requirements while offering a friendly and professional atmosphere to all participants.

Beyond the traditional organization, H.stories proposed a tailor-made event scenography, designed to align LVMH's visual identity with the universe of the Hotel le Marois. Each space, plenary, showroom, lounge, has been designed to maximize visual impact and user experience, while guaranteeing fluid circulation and a harmonious atmosphere. The technical & livestreaming component was treated with the greatest standards: multi-camera capture, dedicated control, optimized broadcasting, flow management, provider coordination. Thanks to this operational control, the event could be experienced in person as well as remotely, without compromising on quality, thus guaranteeing LVMH visibility and impact in line with its standards.

At H.stories, each seminar is designed as a true immersive production. We first analyze the client's goals and then we design a scenography consistent with the identity of the brand and the place. Technical integration (capture, sound, light, livestreaming, control room, speaker flow) is fully taken care of by our teams in order to guarantee a smooth and professional experience.
